An inspiring model of a strong faith

St. Justin is recognized as the first great Christian philosopher and apologist. He was born about A.D. 100, converted to Christianity about A.D. 130, taught and defended the Christian religion in Asia Minor and at Rome, where he suffered martyrdom about the year 165.

As co-patron of our parish, St. Justin can inspire us to continue to learn about our faith so as to be courageous in defending and explaining our faith when faced with opposition or questions.
